True Level ("we," "us") builds and runs done-for-you lead-response and growth systems for home-service businesses. This page covers the True Level website and how we handle information for visitors and prospective clients. If you're an active client, the data-handling terms in your signed Service Agreement take priority for anything related to your account.
To respond to your request, show you a demo, and, if you become a client, to build and run your system. If you've asked about advertising services, we may use ad-platform tools (Google, Meta) to measure whether our own marketing is working, standard practice for any business running ads.
If you become a client, the system we build for you may send automated texts to your customers on your behalf. You're responsible for having proper consent to text your own customer list; our Service Agreement covers this in detail. If we ever text you directly, standard message/data rates may apply and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
You can ask us to delete any information we hold on you that isn't tied to an active service agreement. Email us and we'll take care of it.
